THE POSITION
The Dental Product Specialist is a unique blend of sales, customer service, and training. The ideal candidate for the position will have an innate drive for success combined with a passion for customer service. The best fit for this position is one who maintains a positive attitude and enjoys working with dealers to sell innovative surgical solutions to the dental community.

Tasks for the position include, but are not limited to: co-travel with dealers, territory sales, territory customer support, conducting in-service training for customers, working hands-on courses (including cadaver courses), working tradeshows, and monitoring customer/dealer relations within the territory.

Assigned Territory: Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Minnesota

YOUR STRENGTHS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience; minimum of 3 years relevant sales/work experience;
• Attention to detail, accuracy, punctuality, time management, ability to juggle various tasks with minimal supervision, self-motivated;
• Positive attitude, integrity, confidence, commitment to ongoing learning, critical thinking and problem solving;
• Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRM packages (Salesforce.com preferred).

COMPENSATION
Base salary plus commission, car allowance, and a benefit package which includes, medical/dental, PTO and 10 paid holidays.
