MEC Electrical Contractors, Inc. is Hiring a Director of Marketing Near Chelmsford, MA

MEC Electrical Contractors & MEC Technologies are hiring a Director of Marketing. This role will report directly to the President of MEC, and will be responsible for directing all marketing efforts and initiatives for both companies. This individual will need to be self motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. The right candidate will be a dynamic thinker with a passion for building brands that will support building business.

Duties Include:

-Identify major potential clients in our markets that fit our client profiles

-Lead efforts on driving new sales in our 3 major markets via any/all types of marketing initiatives

-Develop a plan that will define how to best reach target clients and markets, and continuously update senior management on said plan status, goals, expected and actualized results from the plan.

-Develop and maintain/update marketing material that will support current campaigns

-Develop a system to measure marketing campaigns and their effectiveness

-Stay up to date on the latest trends in Sales & Marketing, and technology and be proficient in applying them

-Maintain, update and keep current Company website and social media accounts, including growing followers & posting content on a regular basis

-Monitor State Contract Bid Requests & follow through with appropriate MEC Project Managers

Experience Required:
- 3 years in similar role - previous experience with Electrical, Structured Data and Audio-Visual preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Wordpress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and co-workers.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
