We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fashion Showroom Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of company orders, from sample organization to delivery logistics. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for fashion trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing communication with key buyers from major brands
• Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating logistics and handling all necessary paperwork
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Manage and prioritize emails effectively
• Identify customer buying trends and provide feedback to production teams, design team, and Director
• Maintain organized company order details and buyer notes
• Track import timelines from factory to meet approval deadlines

• Efficient multitasker with strong organizational skills
• Keen eye for trendy fashion
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Experience in managing sales orders and coordinating logistics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
