We are seeking a proactive and driven Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specializing in sourcing qualified candidates within the fields of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Behavior Analysis. The talent pools for all three disciplines is very small and our goal is to have an active database and outreach initiative to build community and trust with these professionals.

The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent in the industry and leading outreach programs. This position requires a deep understanding of the unique skills and qualifications required for positions in speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavior analysis, as well as exceptional communication and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques including online sourcing, social media outreach, networking, and industry events to identify and attract passive and active candidates within the fields of Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Behavior Analysis.

• Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent pool of qualified candidates.

Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates through personalized communication, providing timely updates on job opportunities, and fostering a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing requirements and effectively communicate candidate profiles and feedback.

• Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights related to speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavior analysis.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools, recruitment strategies, and best practices to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Partner with Recruiters to open and close reqs

• Generate regular reports and metrics to track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Previous experience in talent sourcing. Preferred experience sourcing SLP, OT and/or ABA.

• Prefer knowledge of speech therapy, occupational therapy, or behavior analysis disciplines, including relevant certifications and licensure requirements.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, especially written skills.

• Master level ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidate populations.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for talent acquisition and creating positive candidate experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).

• Certification in Lead Generation or similar growth marketing tactics.

• Experience working with Ashby applicant tracking systems (ATS) or Glassdoor or Lever.

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment practices.

• Experience sourcing candidates in specialized healthcare or education fields, such as speech therapy, occupational therapy, or behavior analysis.
