Job Overview:
Working in the Inspection department of an aerospace manufacturing company. Work with simple electrical devices such as sensors, connectors, wires and all sorts of mechanical bodies that are part of the overall sensor assembly
Duties:
-Visual inspections using a magnifying glass, microscope and good eye sight.
Incoming, in-process and final inspection. Completing Inspection Report forms and recording all inspection results.
Basic computer skills needed such as: microsoft excel data entry and using pdf reader software.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
MUST have experience using a caliper and Micrometer.
Other inspection tool experience a plus: optical comparator, pin gages,
Electrical test/inspection experience using DMMs, power supplies and other test equipment also a plus.
