Meadville Medical Center is Hiring a Meadville OBGYN Office Manager Near Meadville, PA
Responsible for the business management and overall coordination of on-site activities providing day-to-day supervision to staff and monitoring job performance issues.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
A minimum of an associate level of education either by degree or combination of experience and education in a specialized business field.
Sufficient previous experience and ability to demonstrate effective management and communication skills to comprehend, direct and apply policies and procedures in professional manner.
Minimum of two years of physician (RHC) office billing experience is desired.
Good verbal and communication skills.
Current BLS Healthcare Provider card.
Ability to work as a team member of various work groups.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a positive manner.
Ability to manage priorities under stress.
Confidentiality Responsibility.
Computer experience/background.
