Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of roofs to identify repair strategies.
• Measure roofs to calculate required materials accurately.
• Replace damaged structural components such as joists or plywood.
• Remove existing roofing systems and install new ones including vapor barriers, insulation, and ventilation systems.
• Participate in the demolition, site preparation, and debris removal to prepare for new construction or remodeling projects.
• Safely operate a variety of power tools and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site daily.
• Assist Foreman and tradespeople as needed, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, especially when working at heights, around machinery, or in various outdoor conditions.
• Efficiently load and unload supplies and tools, ensuring all materials are ready for use.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing and general construction labor.
• Strong team collaboration skills with a positive attitude towards work.
• Motivation to take on challenges and seek opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Familiarity with operating power tools and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to work in diverse outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
