RN Supervisor
7PM - 7AM Every Other weekend
plus two 11PM-7AM shifts during week

Job Summary
The RN is responsible for the overall nursing care/activities on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated. Supervises licensed staff and certified nursing assistants and manages the care provided to residents during scheduled shift.
Job Requirements:
Licensed as Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in Connecticut
CPR Certification
A minimum of two (2) years RN Supervisor experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English; write routine reports and correspondence; read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals; and perform simply arithmetic
REQUIREMENTS
• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification
• Graduate of an approved R.N program (per state requirements)
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable
