We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN in our assisted living facility, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing residents' health and wellbeing on an ongoing basis
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring residents' vital signs and response to treatments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and staff members to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing support and education to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of [5] years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems (preferred)
