Location: Hawaii Job Title: Associate Medical Director (Per Diem) Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Lead program implementation in selected new market(s), including but not limited to recruitment, training, and oversight of market-based medical record reviewers, provider and staff education, program quality assurance, support of market leadership team, analytics, troubleshooting, and other activities. Support rapid identification, development, evaluation, and scaling of clinical BOI and other quality initiatives, included but not limited to programs, guidelines, metrics, and pathways. Liaise with platform and market operational, clinical, and other teams to drive successful execution. Serve as a thought partner in strategic planning related to BOI and quality programs. Support platform-level development of policies and procedures, guidelines, and training material related to quality management, clinical documentation improvement, and other quality initiatives. Work with agilon’s technology team to implement best-in-class solutions Convey, both internally and externally, the strength and message of the agilon model. Other duties as assigned.
