We are seeking an Inspector to join our team! As an Inspector, you will be traveling to job sites, discussing their needs, and determining the scope of work that will need to be completed. You will also be recording that information, and traveling to the job site both during and after project to ensure the highest standards are being followed, and all new project meets expectations.
Responsibilities
- Travel regularly to different job sites and meet with prospective clients to discuss their construction needs
- Assist customers
- Record all job information
- Regularly check in with that job
- Observe the job once finished to check for quality
- Bilingual is a must
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A clean driving record
- Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helpful
- Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations
- The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
