MDVIP is seeking a Physician Network Coordinator who will support the team’s physician contracting process, to include renewals, separations and amendments. Understands the department’s use of Salesforce and Power BI databases to provide support to leadership. This role reports to the Executive Director, Physician Services and supports predominantly a field-based team. Must work effectively under limited supervision and collaborates well with internal corporate-based teams. Work is performed from the Boca Raton, Florida corporate office. A hybrid work schedule may be available following an initial period of training if all other requirements are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education / Experience / Knowledge:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college and at least 3 years related business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling.
Related experience includes knowledge of report development in CRM systems, as well as performing independent administrative and reporting functions. Relevant prior MDVIP experience and knowledge may substitute for certain requirements.

Corporate office role: As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to work from the corporate office.
