Overview

Are you looking to join an innovative leader in the healthcare industry! MDVIP is seeking a Physician Network Coordinator who will support the team’s physician contracting process, to include renewals, separations and amendments. Understands the department’s use of Salesforce and Power BI databases to provide support to leadership. This role reports to the Executive Director, Physician Services and supports predominantly a field-based team. Must work effectively under limited supervision and collaborates well with internal corporate-based teams. Work is performed from the Boca Raton, Florida corporate office. A hybrid work schedule may be available following an initial period of training if all other requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively coordinates all documentation and communication activities to support the contracting process, including renewals, terminations, amendments and price increases.
  • Coordinates the data collection process and communicates with the legal staff to ensure contracts are accurate and complete.
  • Facilitates the collection of management feedback to generate custom reports for performance tracking and organizes physician communication campaigns.
  • Serves as the department liaison for data collection and CRM (Salesforce) activities. Provides market intelligence to leadership.
  • Internally partners with departments to support projects and initiatives focused on enhancing business processes.
  • Presents an overview of the department to all new hires during the company’s onboarding programs. Coordinates all departmental activities for newly hires team members.
  • Supports the team with administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to organizing meetings and developing agendas, coordinating conference calls and coordinating travel as needed. Also supports the team’s vendor and expense management processes.

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Knowledge:

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college and at least 3 years related business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two years related experience equals one year of schooling. 

Related experience includes knowledge of report development in CRM systems, as well as performing independent administrative and reporting functions. Relevant prior MDVIP experience and knowledge may substitute for certain requirements.

  • Able to grasp business concepts quickly and demonstrates attention to detail. Has the ability to achieve deadlines with excellent precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments.
  • Superior organizational skills and creative problem solver, driven by a desire for continuous improvement.

Corporate office role: As a corporate based role in Boca Raton, FL, employees are expected to work from the corporate office.
