Overview:

MDS Academy have full-time and part-time coaching opportunities available. MDS Academy are one of the leading soccer training providers within New Jersey and are seeking highly committed, professional soccer coaches to add to our coaching team. MDS Academy have coaching opportunities within Monmouth County and Bergen County. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting training sessions, session planning, organizing team practices, and following the MDS Academy philosophies while coaching games and tournaments. The Coach will also provide guidance to players, assess their performance, and create a positive and supportive, fun and safe team environment. MDS Academy will provide season curriculums, coaching education, coaching evaluations and assistance in coaching licenses.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training techniques to enhance players' skills, performance and development
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on technical skills, tactics, and teamwork within the MDS Academy philosophies
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their development
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential
- Ensure a safe, fun and positive training environment for all players

Skills / Must haves:

- Background in soccer coaching
- Experience working in a coaching capacity
- Knowledge of soccer techniques, strategies, and rules

- Playing experience
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes

- Drivers License and car

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week

Experience:

• SOCCER COACHING: 1 year (Preferred)
• PLAYING: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• USSF COACHING LICENSE (Preferred)
• UEFA COACHING LICENSE (Preferred)
• COACHING LICENSE THAT IS RECOGNIZED (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Middletown, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
