Join MDN Family Services, a forward-thinking company dedicated to excellence and innovation in documentation processes. We are excited to offer a position for an Entry-Level Content Writer who will play a key role in converting and maintaining our documentation in digital formats.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain daily reports by converting them from written to electronic formats.
• Design and create example daily reports, monthly reports, and training agendas to support company operations and training initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive training documents to assist in staff development and process standardization.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure documentation meets the required standards and assists in achieving organizational goals.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality or deadlines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong grasp of grammar and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Signal Hill, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
