MDI Excavation is Hiring a Pipe Layer/Laborer Near Weber, UT

We are looking for a pipe layer/laborer who is either experienced, or willing to learn. We aren't looking for someone who knows everything, but rather, someone who is willing to work hard and grow. 
We are a small, but growing, excavation contractor based out of South Weber, in Davis County. 
Occasionally overtime may be required depending on our workload. Our jobs are typically located in Davis, Salt Lake, or Weber County, but occasionally we do have jobs in Cache or Wasatch County. Our benefits include health insurance, voluntary vision & dental, 5 days of PTO, and 6 paid holidays. We also offer a $300 boot allowance after 3 months of employment.
Responsibilities:
  • Shovel, install pipe, rake, or any other tasks needed.
  • Show up to work on time.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Be respectful and patient with other employees/subs.
  • Be alert and attentive always.
  • Represent our company in a positive way.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity, and right to work in the US.
  • Must have a valid driver license.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test.
  • Dirt experience is preferred.
  • Basic laborer skills necessary.
  • Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety procedures.
