Cemcon, Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction billing processes, with proficiency in Foundation Software being a significant advantage. Knowledge of lien release procedures is also preferred. Temporary Location is 980 Garcia Ave, Suite C Pittsburg, Ca until we move to our newly renovated office at 1485 Concord, Ca in late April, early May.

Location: 1485 Civic Court, Concord, CA

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the billing process for Concrete Subcontractor construction projects accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize Foundation Software for billing tasks, ensuring proficiency in its usage.
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain documentation related to billing, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Utilize Build pro, Supply pro and any other online portals to stay current with invoicing housing developers.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Handle lien release procedures when necessary, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction billing or related field.
• Proficiency in Foundation Software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with lien release procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
