 Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Contracts Specialist will help deliver comprehensive Network Lease Administration support project for a major US wireless communications provider. The project scope is diverse, and the employee will be expected to be flexible and able to perform multiple functions as required by client demands. The primary function will be to retrieve, audit, and abstract leases and other real estate documents into Client and MD7 systems; secondary functions include database research, outbound customer service interactions, etc.

Major goals and responsibilities:

  • Pull up scanned lease documents within the Client’s document responsibility and identify specific lease clauses and financial terms
  • Audit the lease terms and ensure they are input correctly into appropriate databases
  • Correct inaccurate or missing data fields
  • Research causes of underlying discrepancies and provide quality control to team members
  • Provide assistance in the timely completion of various project milestones, uploading documents

Key Characteristics to be successful in this role:

  1. Intermediate skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  2. Quick Learner – the project is obligated to ramp up quicklyideal candidate must be able to absorb complex information/instructions expeditiously
  3. Detail Oriented – project success metrics are based on 100% accuracy; ideal candidate takes pride in delivering the highest quality work
  4. Maintain Focus – project success requires processing high volume of documents per day; the ideal candidate must be able to perform at a high level without decline in quality and will take pride in this ability.
  5. Flexibility – project scope is expected to evolve over time; ideal candidate must be flexible and embrace the opportunities that come with potential change
  6. Process Oriented/Innovation Driven – ideal candidate will work within the defined workflows, but will also keep a critical eye on our processes to help MD7 and the Client make Continuous Improvements
  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Experience in contract review/auditing preferred
  3. Experience working in workflow management tools preferred
  4. Fluency in English
