Qualifications
Qualifications

1. A person who has a master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and is licensed a Speech Language Pathologist by the state where they furnish services, or
2. A person who has successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or be in the process of completing), at least nine months of supervised full-time SLP experience, and has successfully completed a national examination approved by the Secretary.
3. Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
4. Two (2) years experience preferred.
