In this role, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Medical Weight Loss Management: Complete assessments and schedule prescriptions, consultations, and injection appointments for qualified clients.
• Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs, discuss treatment options, and develop personalized plans aligned with their aesthetic and wellness goals.
• Medical Aesthetics Treatments: Advanced laser treatments, neurotoxin and dermal filler
• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the treatment process, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
• Treatment Education: Educate patients about available treatments, potential risks and benefits, and post-treatment care instructions.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a strong knowledge base by actively participating in continuing education opportunities and staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetics and medical weight loss.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient consultations, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the MD Esthetics team, including physicians, aestheticians, and other staff members, to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts State License as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Botox, Dermal Filler certified
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and bedside manner
• Ability to build rapport and trust with patients
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
