As one of the first points of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with procedures, office management duties including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination tasks as needed
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain clean and organized operatories.

Experience:
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in computerized office systems and software applications
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
