MISSION STATEMENTThe mission of The University of Texas M. D. SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the Coordinator, Lead Services position is to provide operations and clinical support to the center, coordinating all tasks associated with patient services including patient scheduling, template maintenance, and other tasks as needed to expedite clinic flow. Collaborates with supervisor and/or manager to oversee Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) schedules, and assumes primary oversight of PSC onboarding, training, and mentoring. The position requires flexibility and the ability to function in multiple patient support capabilities across multiple centers if needed and as delegated by center and ambulatory business services management team.
The hours for this position will be 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Education
Required: Associate's degree.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Experience
Required: Five years of relevant work experience to include two years in a in a project coordination/lead/supervisory capacity. With preferred degree, three years of required experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
