As a Content Creator for Blue Cardinal Group, you will be responsible for developing engaging and compelling content across various email and social media platforms. Your role will involve crafting content that effectively communicates our brand's message, promotes our products or services, and drives audience engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development: Create high-quality, original, and creative content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, coordinate videos, infographics, and other visual or written materials.
2. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our target audience, brand positioning, and marketing goals. Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
3. Content Planning and Calendar Management: Create content calendars, outlining the schedule and topics for content distribution. Ensure content is delivered consistently and meets deadlines.
4. Social Media Management: Manage and create content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer inquiries, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
5. SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engine visibility and keyword rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search traffic.
6. Content Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, email newsletters, and third-party websites or publications.
7. Content Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics and tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and engagement.
8. Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and marketing managers, to create multimedia content that enhances marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in creating content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email newsletters.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret content performance metrics.
