Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, including after-hours for both on-call and projects
Pay: Salary, $40,000-$50,000 depending on experience and skill level, 90 day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls/emails
• Pulling network cabling, installing switches, access points, cameras etc.
• Provide remote and on-site support
• Create and maintain documentation
• Consult with clients on needs-based solutions
• After-hours/on-call incidents

Requirements:

• 1-3 years or more experience working in an information technology role or proven abilities in related areas.
• Strong background in software technologies including both client and server. Such technologies include but not limited to: Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
• Strong background in workstation and server hardware
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills with both staff and clients, maintaining professionalism while under stressful conditions
• Physically able to lift > 50 Lbs. and climb up ladders
• Complete a criminal background check
