Sign On Bonus:

• Full-Time Hours (30 hours per week): $500 Sign On Bonus
• Part-Time Hours (10-29 hours per week): $250 Sign On Bonus

McRory Pediatric Services is looking for someone passionate about helping children!

We are looking for Part-Time Behavior Therapists to work in person, in schools, and in homes within the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley over Summer with the ability to work Full-Time in August.

Job Duties:

• Provide behavior intervention services in-home and in school
• Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Qualified Autism Services Practitioner
• Collect data
• Run DTT programs (utilizing Applied Verbal Behavior) and NET programs
• Attend team meetings
• Collaborate with team members
• Complete accurate and timely therapeutic treatment notes
• Strictly follow and enforce BACB guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years related experience working with children with special needs, is a plus
• Must have a working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license
• Proof of immunization records and TB required
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) certification is a plus

Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual is a plus.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, $17.00 - $24.00 per hour.
