If you want to be a part of a fast-growing company that puts their employees first - Hilltop Residential is it!Hilltop Residential Offers Great Benefits!•Competitive Pay •401k with Company Match •Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans •Paid Life Insurance •Employee Referral Program •Short and Long Term Disability •Paid Time Off •Employee Rent Discount Program •Rapidly Growing Company with Opportunities for GrowthEssential Responsibilities•Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-areas including restrooms, the model(s), amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.•Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.•Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Maintenance Manager, Community Director and/or Assistant Manager.•Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.•Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.Requirements•High school diploma or GED is required.•2 years of related housekeeping experience and/or training.•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well with others.•Strong knowledge and skill in the safe use of various cleaning chemicals, including some that may require pre-mixing.•Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. for trash removal and cleaning equipment purposes.
