In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Technical Support Specialist II.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Provide technical support to employees
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
• Use our help desk ticketing system to manage and document support call

What you need to bring to this role:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Associate's degree in a related field or 3 years of relevant technical experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Valid driver's license required
• Working knowledge on the use and maintenance of the following preferred:
  • Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11
  • Client application SWoftware: Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, Telnet, Citrix Client, Azure
  • Anti-Virus: Sophos Corporate
  • Utilities: Ghost, VNC, Bomgar
• Networking: TCP/IP on LAN/WAN environment
• A , MCP or related certification a plus
