Shadyside Property Management Company looking for individual to perform janitorial services for apartment building and maintain both interior and exterior building appearance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform general cleaning as part of a daily routine to all common areas, elevators, lobbies, laundry rooms and hallways.
• Maintaining the grounds, garbage area, hallways, and parking areas in a neat and orderly manner, not allowing any trash or debris to accumulate;
• Trash removal
• Keep an inventory of all janitorial supplies and equipment belonging to the property.
• Snow removal and salting the sidewalks to ensure a safe path for tenants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
