McNelly Services Inc., a leading provider of commercial snow and ice management solutions in the greater metropolitan area, is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Enforce, develop, and implement safety programs/policies to safeguard staff well-being
• Supervise seasonal staff to fulfill contracts and surpass customer expectations
• Commitment to working extended hours, as necessary, throughout the season (October-April)
• Create operational strategies for the department, including snow clearing, salting, and walk route planning
• Procure equipment, labor, subcontractors, and salt based on projected growth
• Develop and oversee pre, post, and in-season operational and property inspection plans for the Seasonal Winter division
• Efficiently manage the operations platform
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer requests/concerns to achieve 100% satisfaction
• Proactively manage staffing and equipment requirements for each weather event, adapting as necessary to provide optimal customer experience
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance the division
• Reports to the Director of the Snow and Ice Management Division

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations and management
• Experience in snow and ice management required
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple crews and tasks concurrently.
• Adaptability to changing conditions, coordinating effectively with frontline workers
• Willingness to work long hours during winter weather storm management operations
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
