Responsibilities

• Client Support : Assist policyholders with inquiries, changes to policies, and claim submissions with professionalism and empathy.
• Policy Management : Maintain accurate records, update policies as needed, and ensure all client information is up to date.
• Customer Assistance : Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate information to address client needs.
• Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
• Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and follow-up tasks to support client requests and company processes.

Requirement

• Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and find solutions.
