MCM Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Weekend Sales Associates to join our team at our Twelve Oaks Mall booth. As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in educating, promoting and selling our light therapy product while engaging with mall shoppers. This temporary position spans two weekends, from Thursday to Sunday, and requires availability for all four days each weekend. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for sales, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.
Pay: $18-20/hour (based on experience) - PAID WEEKLY!Plus commission per unit sold!
Location: Novi, MI
- Set up promotional materials, product displays, iPads, and signage at the Twelve Oaks Mall booth.
- Ensure the booth is visually appealing and effectively showcases our products to attract and engage mall shoppers.
- Engage with shoppers in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations and creating interest in our products.
- Provide detailed information about our products, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition. Training will be provided to ensure accurate product knowledge.
- Demonstrate and explain how our products work, addressing any inquiries or concerns shoppers may have.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive product sales
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the provided point-of-sale system.
- Maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, reporting valuable information to the management team.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and replenishing products as needed.
- Availability to work four consecutive weekends (Thursday-Sunday) for the specified duration of the position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with diverse customers effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals.
- Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for promoting products and engaging with customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge accurately.

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
