McLemore Building Maintenance is Hiring a 7601- Experienced Floor Tech Needed (78224) Near San Antonio, TX
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Follows all safety requirements and company procedures at all times.
- Use proper PPE to ensure individual safety.
- Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment prior to use at the beginning and end of shift.
- Handles floor care, including routine mopping(dry and damp), buffing and burnishing hard surfaces.
- Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains.
- Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Provides floor maintenance; including but not limited to vacuuming, shampooing, and extractions on carpets, stairwells and upholstery.
- Frequently move heavy furniture as needed prior to cleaning floors.
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
