McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is looking for an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead our valued employees supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI. MRC provides engineering, logistics, and technical service efforts supporting multiple codes at NUWC Division Newport.
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience as a program or project manager.
A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, or a related discipline; or a Bachelor of Arts degree in the business or management field.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience managing similar programs for the U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense organization. Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management, or similar certification. Knowledge of material logistics, project planning, and technical skills (electrical/mechanical) is highly useful.
