SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Technician is responsible for reviewing the product to ensure it complies with customer's requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
  • Fill out daily inspection reports.
  • Recommend improvements to production process.
  • Inspect, test, or measure materials.
  • Must be able to use quality tools like calipers, gauges, or micrometers etc.
  • Accept or reject finished items.
  • Identify all products and materials that fail to meet required specifications.
  • Participate in line audits and process improvements.
