• Control and evaluate the paint material and determine the optimum operating parameters
• Assess and control all paint processes, paint materials and operations to meet the company quality specification
• Plan and introduce changes for paint material and application facilities to meet and exceed company goals and objectives for the paint quality
• Continuously analyze the paint process as well as any quality problems and implement and evaluate corrective measures
• Produce standard reports and present to management, including detailed quality tracking
• Providing instruction and guidance about techniques and regulations to meet the company paint quality requirements
