McLaughlin Associates is Hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager Near Griffin, GA

Seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the team of a world leader in fluid flow solutions.

SCOPE: To deploy and drive continuous improvement initiatives, programs and projects for the US based manufacturing plant. You will also train leaders and participants in continuous improvement methodologies. This is a high impact role and will be key in the company's overall performance.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related business discipline required.
  • Ten years manufacturing experience, with at least five years as a leader for various lean activities.
  • Strong proficiency in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • A Strong understanding of statistics and Design-of-Experiments preferred. Proven problem-solving capabilities required.
  • Natural change agent with strong mentoring skills that is an energetic, data-driven proponent of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials.
  • Effective project and time management skills.
