Position Overview:

As the Automotive Collision Director, you will be responsible for managing all body shop operations at our Northwest Arkansas location. This includes overseeing estimators, the shop, and all workflows therein, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is integral to our continued success and demands a leader with extensive experience in body shop management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee estimators and guide the estimation process.
  • Manage all aspects of the body shop, including technicians and administrative staff.
  • Monitor and maintain insurance company relationships.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the highest quality of collision repair work.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
