As an Intern/Graduate Fellow, you will have the unique opportunity to closely collaborate with Associates and Directors on various projects supporting a wide range of clients, allowing you to acquire hands-on experience in delivering strategic advisory services to multinational firms. This exposure will enable you to gain valuable insights into the breadth of our services in areas ranging from energy and technology to trade and manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interns/graduate fellows perform a wide range of functions that may include, but are not limited to:

Ideal candidates for this position will demonstrate a solid understanding of the Mexican business landscape and political dynamics, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the US-Mexico relationship. Strong candidates will be knowledgeable about public policy, electoral developments, geopolitics, and economic trends that impact Mexico, North America, and the broader Latin America region. Full fluency in Spanish is required, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language proficiently. Preferred candidates will have experience conducting research in Spanish and display excellent writing skills in English. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Excellent researchers, analysts, and team players;
  • Outstanding writers and editors;
  • Exceptionally organized with an independent and creative nature;
  • Strong critical thinkers;
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Proactive in taking initiative and anticipating team and client needs;
  • Highly detail-oriented;
  • Consistently embracing a growth mindset;
  • Confident, poised, and contributing energetically with innovative ideas;
  • Proficient in using business applications and various media platforms

Position Details:

We are interested in candidates looking for full-time work but will consider applicants who are available to work part-time (20-40 hours per week) from late May/early June through August 2024. While this position is primarily remote, we strongly prefer candidates based in Washington, DC.
