Your Mission: As a Manufacturing Technician, you will: Insure the direction of the assigned department is linked with Division and Company objectives. Achieve ambitious goals, working with teams with appropriate tools and training, and establishing accountability for results throughout assigned areas. Ensure ethical business dealings with all stakeholders and promote safety through equipment maintenance and adherence to safety protocols. Resolves work-related issues and assist supervisors and team members in problem-solving to reduce process variation and delays.
