IT Development SDLC, PPM Tools i.e. Atlas, Planview etc, MS Projects, Reliable, Attention to details, able to manage multiple priorities with complex projects
Required levels/ Years of Experience, education discuss whether there is flexibility
5 years minimum experience, college degree helpful, PMP helpful
