What You Contribute:

You will leverage your customer service and sales experience to provide the utmost care to all new leads and clients, while demonstrating the highest professionalism. Working in a collaborative, highly dynamic, and unique law firm, the Client Services Support Representative contributes to our goal of legal excellence.

The core of this role is to match attorneys and clients based on attorney specialty and unique needs of the client. This requires someone to effectively and confidently communicate with diverse personalities who may be experiencing very stressful situations. This vital role will thrive in a remote-team environment, working closely with a veteran team of professionals supporting our seven offices in WA and OR.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Set the stage during initial phone and email inquiries from prospective clients by forming real connections and providing exceptional client experience
• Coordinate steady requests from internal departments, instruction from multiple offices and teams, as well as direct Manager
• Schedule consultation appointments and set up new clients in our internal system
• Follow firm client intake success plan maintaining data in department databases, such as Salesforce, to measure and track results
• Ensure accurate reporting and Quality Assurance of data entry
• Process daily retainer and client payments using secure online payment program (LawPay) while fielding client complaints and escalating them as needed
• Provide prompt response to all new client requests, providing follow through

What you bring to the table

• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to help others
• 1-3 years of successful sales, client intake experience, and/or office administration are a plus
• Flawless communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be empathetic towards sensitive client issues, all while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced organizational skills, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail are required
• Ability to maintain fast-paced workflow with ease
• Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
• Previous experience with CRM systems preferred

Client Services Support Representative Total Rewards

• Job Salary Range: $22.31 -$34.46 per hour, est. annualized $46,400 -69,600
• Expected Hiring Range: $23-$27/hr.
• Eligible for monthly bonus
