Job Description:
Mckesson is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack DevOps Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both software development and operational support for Mckesson's ecommerce Customer Center application. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Java, .NET, GWT, Oracle, NetWeaver, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of software development experience, with a focus on full stack development and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including offshore dev team) to design, develop, and deploy software solutions for Mckesson's ecommerce Customer Center application.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software components using Java, .NET, GWT, Oracle, NetWeaver, and cloud technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and operational issues, ensuring the application's reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of software projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development and DevOps practices, and apply them to improve the application's performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, GWT, Oracle, NetWeaver, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years' experience of full-stack software development
Critical Skills
Current in modern technologies including cloud computing, machine learning, predictive analytics, mobility, user experience, security and encryption, High availability design patterns internet of things, etc.
Strong background and expertise in Java, GWT, NetWeaver, Cloud, .NET, and Oracle technologies.
Deep knowledge of system architecture, technical design, and system and software development technology.
Expertise with database design and admin, leading security best practices, and leading integration technologies including Mulesoft and Informatica.
Expertise with managing application development at scale, employing SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
Has knowledge of emerging trends and developments in PaaS, SaaS, iOS/ Android app API, cloud, AI, machine learning and other digital technologies.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is highly desirable.
Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks are a plus.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar discipline.
Travel and location
* This position is based in either Las Colinas TX, Cary NC, or Atlanta GA. Remote locations will be considered.
