Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in the development of a plan to bring on new business partners and increase enrollments per new partner.
Execute a strategy to build out a healthy pipeline for near-, mid-, and long-term prospects across relevant verticals. Close on these prospects to grow MAI’s partnership business in a meaningful and relevant way – exceeding sales goals for bookings and new partner acquisition.
Successfully sell consumer services through a B2B2C Channel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in project execution and delivery.
To become a trusted consultant to potential partners in expanding their offerings to include services offered by MAI helping partners understand the value, benefits, and process to be successful.
To work with a team targeting same markets and collaborate for winning ideas, build, and refine processes and templates for success.
Be or aptly become a product expert in credit monitoring and identity theft repair offered by MAI, as well as competitor landscape.
Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day on average onsite from call center environment.
Provide regular communication to management on partnership strategy and results.
Source opportunities to increase visibility to potential partners and industry targets.
Onboard a minimum of 5 new partners per month with a minimum goal of 20 new enrollments per new partner within the first 90 days.
Develop new methods to source and close sales including scripting and marketing.
Ability to analyze and thoroughly understand metrics, KPI’s, and sales reporting.
Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated track record in B2B sales meeting and exceeding sales and partner acquisition goals
Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Experience creating new processes & executing on projects to drive productivity and sales growth.
Strong time management skills and project management skills.
Experience identifying events and attending trade shows to develop leads and increase brand awareness.
Demonstrated ability and experience working directly with C-level executives and key decision makers, including presentation skills.
Experience negotiating and closing deals including creating presentations and presenting proposals unique to desired prospect.
Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities.
Building relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence them to achieve positive outcomes.
Minimum of 5 years working in partnerships or business development capacity.
Ability to travel as needed.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as an individual contributor in a sales environment, with the ability to encourage and coach others to succeed.
Solid understanding of users, the marketplace, competition and of future trends for the consumer credit, finance, or identity theft
Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them.
