Schedule:
The schedule for our On-Call position is as follows: Monday through Thursday from 5pm when the office closes until 8am when the office opens. Friday will be from 5pm when the office closes through the weekend until 8am Monday when the office reopens.

• Options to do every other week or 2 weeks on then 1 week off

We will provide 1 week of in-office training, and you will have continuous support.
Responsibilities:

• Answer and address incoming calls and texts from staff and clients or client family members
• Coordinate with team leads and managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
• Utilize scheduling software to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze on-call data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure awareness of schedule and condition changes.

Candidate Must:

• Live within our service area (Collier or Lee County)
• Proven experience in scheduling for In-Home Care
• Be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with scheduling software and tools (WellSky/ClearCare)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in scheduling.
• Be available to potentially go out on shifts during on-call as needed

Position Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Second form of ID such as Social Security Card or Passport
Auto Insurance with expiration dates visible
Current CPR Certification (hands-on class)
TB Test results completed within the last 6 months
Level 2 Background Screening for the state of FL
