We are seeking an apartment maintenance person for our facility. This is an excellent position for someone that has previous general maintenance found around apartment complexes. 

Job Description:

· paint

· fix electrical issues

· dry walls and plastering

· plumbing

· cleaning

· roofing patching

· lite equipment maintenance

· general repairs

the individual should be able to

· lift up to 70lb

· climb a ladder

· work with limited supervision
