Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. A successful candidate must have a professional, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and be a great team player. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8:15 to 5:15

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

- Take dental x-rays

- Perform dental charting and documentation

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment

- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care

- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records

- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (Preferred)

- X-ray certification

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
