Overview

We are a 2 office Orthodontic practice in search of a Dental Receptionist to assist our front desk team at our Maitland location. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) options. The best individual for this role is extremely organized and has outstanding multi-tasking abilities. If this sounds like you, apply today.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday
  • 8 AM - 5 PM

Daily tasks

  • Answer Phones
  • Verify insurance
  • Schedule new and existing patient appointments and follow up on past due accounts
  • Payment posting
  • Set up patient contracts and draft doctors' notes

Qualifications

  • Patient service experience is required

  • Some experience in an orthodontic setting is highly preferred
