Essential Functions:

• Excellent knowledge of Through-hole soldering techniques and Basic SMT components.
• Follows Visual Aids to perform duties.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Utilize quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured.
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly area.
• Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.
• Works under the guidance of Process/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Attendance
• Being prompt and on time for scheduled shift.

Knowledge and Skills

• Formal or on the job training for specific soldering duties.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• You are capable of exercising independent judgment. Creativity and good judgement are required.
• Non-Exempt, Hourly position.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma and or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Maybe requred to take a soldering skills test to serve as a prerequisite to hiring

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Soldering: 2 years (Preferred)
