MCI DIAGNOSTIC CENTER is Hiring a Front Office/Customer Service Near Richardson, TX

We are a full service medical laboratory and as the Customer Service Liaison, you will be representing the our laboratory and providing an outstanding and personal customer service experience to our clients. You will develop great relationships with some of our most important customers, set and manage expectations, and constantly be encouraged to create new ways to improve and enhance the customer experience and support.

  • Medical background required
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Document accurate information concerning calls into CRM
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Document customer feedback effectively to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by using active listening skills to create and provide targeted product recommendations and explain how to properly use the product and technology
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Consistently collaborating with all other departments to achieve the clients needs and documenting
  • Keep the commitment to follow up with clients and providers within contractually agreed upon time frame
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Follows departmental procedures when communicating with clients.
  • Respond well to coaching and supervision.
  • Responsible for the security and privacy of any and all protected health information that may be accessed during normal work activities.
  • Must have dependable transportation and timely.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills
  • 2 Years in Healthcare and customer service
  • Fluent in English and Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
