Job Description:

MCI is looking for driven, dedicated sales professionals who are passionate about delivering an excellent experience for our residential flooring customers from first contact to installation. You will use your fantastic communication and organizational skills to manage projects that vary in scope and complexity proactively, working with various stakeholders to ensure a successful completion.

MCI is an employee-owned, local flooring and home design center with residential stores in Waite Park, Mankato, and Baxter. We are part of the Carpet One buying group, the largest flooring co-op in the United States, giving us the ability to offer excellent quality and value to our customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of project management experience
• Dedicated problem solver
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Create and maintain relationships with customers, co-workers, and support staff
• Ability to plan and prioritize among competing priorities
• Comfort with technology

Extras:

• Flooring, design, construction, or merchandising experience
• Experience measuring results using gross margin
• Proven ability to network, create, and manage new leads (but no cold calling)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baxter, MN
