Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) has an opening for a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our Care for Her team. The Care for Her team offers a full range of obstetrics and gynecological services for women in all stages of life. Our vision is to create a community where all people reach their full potential for health and well-being. MCHC provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that in addition to women's health include primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialty care services. There is strong team support and a multidisciplinary care team approach to care. The mission of MCHC Health Centers is to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare for our communities. We ensure that there are no closed doors for those seeking primary health care at MCHC in Lake and Mendocino Counties.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Up to $50,000 signing/ retention bonus
2. Salary range of $140,000 - $164,000

2. We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and LCSWs to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language-immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts.
